Technically Specified Natural Rubber

Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSNR), commonly known as Block Rubber, TSNR primarily utilized in the automotive industry for tire production. TSNR is derived from both field latex and coagulated latex, also referred to as cuplump.

TSNR is classified into various grades to cater to the distinct quality requirements of diverse regions and markets. These grades include Standard Thai Rubber (STR), Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR), Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR), and Standard Vietnamese Rubber (SVR).

The grading system for TSNR is based on specific technical criteria, including the levels of impurities such as dirt and ash, as well as the nitrogen and volatile matter content. Additionally, key properties such as Wallace Plasticity (PO), Plasticity Retention Index (PRI), and Mooney Viscosity (MV).
